Beautify CNMI! recieved our second online contribution today! Mr. Abe Malae is visiting the CNMI this week from Pago Pago and was a guest at the weekly Rotary Club luncheon yesterday. Team Beautify CNMI! presented our power point presentation to Mr. Malae and the rest of the Rotary members during the luncheon. Mr. Malae was so impressed with Beautify CNMI, that afterwards he took it upon himself to log onto this website and donate $50 using our online donation button.
Thank YOU, Mr. Malae. Beautify CNMI! is going to wisely use your donation to purchase plastic bags and rubber gloves specifically for the 2000 volunteers cleaning up the Kagman peninsula this Friday for 1020 on 10/20, our CNMI wide destination enhancement day.
1020 on 10/20 is in two days!!!
We are still looking for volunteers to participate in 1020 on 10/20! There is still time to adopt a road, a beach, a park, a neighborhood, or a dive spot. Download the attached 1020 on 10/20 Forms and fax me the "1020 on 10/20 Interest Sheet" ASAP!!!
Although our goal is to recruit 1020 people to pick up litter, plant trees, paint over graffiti, and to generally beautify our islands, recruiting 6000 volunteers is easily within our reach. Can you imagine how beautiful our island will look on 10/21 if one tenth of our population takes a little time out of their day to pitch in on 10/20?
