Beautify CNMI's partner, The Friends Of The Mariana Islands (FMI), led the cleanup on Sunday morning of Isa Drive between the Botanical Garden in Papago and Northern Marianas College in Fina Sisu. Here are some pictures!
It was a really warm morning and a long walk! Its ok though because all the honking from the people driving by to support us made our day as well as the ocean view. I hope that everyone in the CNMI would consider joining The Friends of the Mariana Islands (FMI) group. We always have a good time together and alot of laughs! I think that if you are a part of a group like FMI that shares the same passion and goals, your commitment to come out and volunteer will be stronger and more consistent.
Its really not just about the clean ups. Its about coming together as a community to build new friendships and to experience making a difference together on this beautiful island we call home.
